Applipcation Process
Your 5-Step path to enrolment
Step 1
Application Submission
Complete an online application form at www.derbyspain.com/apply
Step 2
Application review
Our Admissions Office conducts a formal eligibility check, and the Academic Committee evaluates your academic background, motivation and suitability.
Step 3
Assessment interview
An online or in-person interview to evaluate your academic readiness, communication skills, and alignment with programme objectives.
Step 4
Admission decision
Receive your official outcome: Unconditional Offer, Conditional Offer, or rejection with constructive feedback.
Step 5
Enrolment & orientation
Confirm your place, pay enrolment fees, submit final certified documents, and gain access to student services, academic calendar and induction details along with your official enrolment confirmation.
What you need to apply
- Completed online application form: www.derbyspain.com/apply.
- Certified copy of high school diploma and transcripts.
- Proof of English: we prefer PTE (minimum score 50), but you can also take any other approved English certificate.
- Personal statement / motivation letter.
- Copy of valid passport or ID card.
- One bank certificate or letter certifying the applicant’s financial solvency.
- €200 non-refundable application fee. This fee may be paid by credit card or by bank transfer payable to EIG Education. Please provide proof of payment to admissionsderby@eigedu.com.
The admissions team will explain how to submit these documents during your one-to-one assessment if necessary. If the documents are not in English, they should be sent with a certified English translation.
Grants & Fees
Investing in your future
EIG Education offers Merit Awards of up to 30% off tuition for strong academic results, and a 50% International Excellence Grant for one outstanding student from each designated partner country. Payment plans are also available, and our admissions team will explain your options, requirements and deadlines in your first conversation.
Merit-Based Grants
Merit-Based Excellence Awards recognise outstanding prior academic achievement and are open to all applicants regardless of nationality. Awards are tiered according to the applicant’s final academic grade average. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis, with written decisions issued within two weeks of submission. Please contact our admissions team for more information.
International Excellence Award
A 50% tuition fee reduction for the top applicant from each designated non-EU partner country, per intake. Selection is through a competitive review.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees total €13,500 per year, with flexible payment plans available.
